For some injuries, the only path to recovery is through exercise. We believe that focussing on improving your range of motion and strength balance is the most effective LONG TERM approach to heath.
This is not to say that other treatments are not without value. However, we believe that they must be complimentary to corrective exercises.
Our approach is not to overload you with pages upon page of exercises. Instead we ASSESS your movement and PRIORITIZE 3-4 exercises that best suit your situation. We want you to succeed with your exercises long term and they need to be something that you can easily fit into your busy schedule.
